Aug 2012 Began two Graduate Training Schemes KALP - Kam-Avida Leadership Program –a 2 year Rotational Training Program that requires the
individualto complete modules in each department
before passing a test and moving to the next
department. The KALP Scheme employs 2
Trainees per year – 1 technical and 1 non-technical.
KATS - Kam-Avida Trainee Scheme – we promotes
a holistic and liberal growth of an individual. In
line with this thought, the Kam-Avida Trainee
Scheme requires a Graduate Engineer Trainee to
spend 6 months to 1 year in all technical functions
at KAEE. Post this, the trainee must chose his
department of interest and can pursue his career in
the same.
