Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a new, never-seen-before virus that erupted in the World in February 2020. As the Disease made its way to India, the Prime Minister of India: Shri Narendra Modi-ji quickly reacted and placed India in a 21 day lockdown.

During this time, all citizens were asked to stay at home and not venture out in any circumstances, in order to prevent the contraction of this contact-based illness, causing a World Wide Pandemic.

The Coronavirus disease spreads primarily through contact with an infected person when they cough or sneeze. It also spreads when a person touches a surface or object that has the virus on it, then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth.

A simple and effective way to minimize the spread of the disease, to reduce the chances of infection include staying at home, avoiding crowded places, washing hands with soap and water often and for at least 20 seconds, practicing good respiratory hygiene and avoiding touching the eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.

In such circumstances, sanitizing public spaces and street furniture are an added advantage. Our sewer cleaning machines, namely the KAMBI and the KAMJET are capable of being used for sanitizing as being done currently in many a cities across India to include – Hyderabad, Indore, Raipur, Bilaspur, Lucknow, Varanasi and many more.

The process involved to minimize transmission is as follows:

Remove the Nozzle provided.
Fill the Tank with a solution of Aqua Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite Solution) and Water (3 drops of Solution per 20 liters of Water)
Spray all Public Spaces, Street Furniture and Objects of Human Contact.
